Flavor for the Soul was birthed in 2011 by Mary A. Thomas, my mother and I, Jackie M. Jackson, with the goal of leaving a lasting memory with families by nourishing the soul.
The legacy of Flavor for the Soul is carried by lasting memories of my mother's baking and nurturing all those that came in our kitchen until she succumbed to breast cancer in 2014.
Mary's legacy continues through every item we provide you. From sober to spiked, and even sometimes vegan desserts, we provide the flavor and provide the memory.
